Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing typically requires 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit durations vary based on destination and carrier capacity. For most regions, delivery is completed within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Seasonal demand or unforeseen logistical circumstances may occasionally extend delivery windows, in which case we'll proactively notify affected customers via email.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with two straightforward options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 applies to orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically granted for orders exceeding $60 (maximum order value: $9999)

Shipping Regions

Currently serving customers across North America, Europe, and select Asian countries. Some remote locations or territories with complex customs regulations may experience restricted service availability. During checkout, our system automatically validates your address against current delivery capabilities. For specific regional inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

Track your package directly through the carrier's portal or via your BROCARDS account dashboard. If tracking information doesn't update within 3 business days of receiving your notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work exclusively with reputable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather events, customs inspections, or operational disruptions. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please email [email protected] with your order number. For lost shipments, we initiate investigations with carriers after 15 business days of non-delivery and will provide replacement or refund options per your preference.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country's regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are separate from your order payment. We declare all packages at actual purchase value and cannot mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid fees.
